In 2009, created and for the next 6 years led the Louisiana Housing Alliance statewide Listening Tour, an annual regional convening of housing and community development stakeholders, advocates, financial institutions and policymakers seeking to identify, and propose legislative solutions to, the impediments to revitalizing communities and making quality homes available and affordable for all of Louisiana’s people.
